In this role, you get all the freedom to shape your work yourself. You will combine practical analysis with strategic planning and ensure that companies work in a safer, healthier and better organised way.
Your role
- Risk analysis and advice: You dive into the details of workplace accidents, occupational diseases and other risks. Then you come up with solutions that really work, both in the short and long term.
- Preparing reports: From an overall prevention plan to annual reports – you make sure the administration is neatly organised. In doing so, you help companies keep track of safety measures.
- Advice and prevention: You’re the trusted advisor supporting companies with workplace layout, equipment use, hygiene, and employee wellbeing – your input helps create optimal working conditions. Think employee training or clear guidelines for management.
- Tackling projects: Whether developing emergency procedures or optimising work processes, you help companies work smarter and safer.
Your profile
- You have a Level 1 or 2 Prevention Advisor diploma
- You are solution-oriented, decisive and enjoy working together in a team.
- You have a good knowledge of current legislation (Codex).
- You always think one step ahead and have the drive to exceed our customers’ expectations time and again.
- Je You enjoy challenging both yourself and your colleagues to keep growing and making processes smarter and more efficient.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English, basic knowledge of French
- Driver's licence B
- Min 2 years of experience as prevention advisor
Nice to have
- Do you also have an environmental coordinator A or B certificate? That’s definitely a bonus!
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus
