Article 3 - Personal data we collect indirectly

3.1. Public data of the client, customer or other business relation

It is possible that Prevom BV may process your public data. This includes, for example, data subject to publication requirements, such as the publication of your appointment as a company director.

Or data that you yourself have made public, such as information on your website.

Or data that is common knowledge in your area or has appeared in the press.

Article 4 - Purposes of processing

4.1. General purposes:

Prevom BV will use the personal data collected exclusively for the following purposes:

  • IP address (see Article 2.1): In order to continuously improve its website and services, Prevom BV may include your personal data in anonymous statistics, from which the identity of specific individuals or companies cannot be traced, with the legal basis being the legitimate interests of Prevom BV.
  • Email address (when subscribing to the newsletter) (see article 2.2.): for the purpose of sending you direct marketing (automatic e-mail messages or other electronic messages), newsletters, employment information, or information on planned activities (lectures, seminars, work lunches) subject to your explicit prior consent.
  • Name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payroll information, curriculum vitae, cover letters, notes made during the job interview, information on education and work experience, evaluation forms and results of any tests and assessments, payroll information including national register number, address, seniority, marital status, bank account number, family composition, date of birth, salary and pay slips (see Articles 2.3 and 2.4): in order to provide you with the requested services and to comply with legal requirements with the legal basis of the performance of a contract.
  • Photos and videos (see article 2.3 and 2.4.): to be used for our internal communication with the legal basis being your explicit, prior consent
  • Name, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account number (see article 2.5): to provide you with the requested services and to comply with legal requirements with the legal basis being the performance of a contract requested by you, and, if indicated by you, also the sending of direct marketing, with the legal basis being your explicit, prior consent.
  • You are not obliged to disclose your personal data, but the provision of certain services may be prevented if you refuse the processing
4.2. Direct marketing

Personal data will also be used for direct marketing, provided you have given your additional consent.

If you are already included in our mailing list, Prevom BV may use your data to send marketing relating to Prevom BV and its services. In addition, Prevom BV may also pass on your data to its partners for the purpose of direct marketing.

4.3. Transfer to third parties:

Prevom BV will not disclose your personal data to third parties, with the exception of the subsidiaries of Prevom BV or any of its customers for the purpose of employment, technical service providers providing technical support to the extent that this is necessary for the provision of the service itself and/or when they are required to do so pursuant to a statutory provision or a court order. Personal data will be stored and processed by us for a period necessary in function of the purposes of processing as defined in Article 4 and in function of the contractual relationship between Prevom BV and you:

  • IP address (see Article 2.1): For the duration of your visit to our website;
  • email address (when subscribing to the newsletter) (see Article 2.2.): for the duration of the requested provision of services;
  • name , address, e-mail address, telephone number, payroll information, curriculum vitae, motivation letters, notes made during the job interview, information on education and work experience, evaluation forms and results of any tests and assessments, payroll information including national register number, address, seniority, marital status, bank account number, family composition, date of birth, salary and pay slips (see article 2.3 and 2.4): for the duration of the requested provision of services and employment and in accordance with applicable legislation;
  • Name, e-mail address, telephone number and bank account number (see Article 2.5): for the duration of the requested provision of services;
  • In any case, the aforementioned personal data will be kept in accordance with the specific legal requirements, as well as the statutes of limitation that require us to keep your personal data for longer, e.g. in order to defend ourselves against a claim in court.

Article 6 - Your rights

6.1.Right of access and inspection:

You have the right to inspect your personal data, as well as Prevom BV's use of this data, at any time and without obligation.

6.2. Right of rectification, deletion and restriction:

You are free to communicate or not communicate your personal data to Prevom BV. 
In addition, you shall always have the right to ask us to correct, supplement or delete your personal data. You acknowledge that if you refuse to communicate your data or request deletion, certain services and products may not be available. 
You may also request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.

6.3. Right of objection:

You also have a right to object to the processing of your personal data for serious and legitimate reasons. In addition, you always have the right to oppose the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes; in such case, you do not have to provide reasons.

6.4. Right of free data transfer:

You have the right to obtain and/or transfer to other controllers your personal data processed by us in structured, common and machine-readable form.

6.5. Right to withdraw consent:

To the extent that the processing is based on your prior consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent.

Article 7 -Security and confidentiality

7.2. In no event shall Prevom BV be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from any erroneous or unlawful use by a third party of the personal data. Prevom BV has ensured that when using third parties for the processing of personal data, such third parties will be bound by the same Privacy Rules.

7.3. You must comply with the security rules at all times, including by avoiding any unauthorised access to your login and code. You are therefore solely responsible for the use made from the website of, inter alia, your computer, IP address and your identification data, as well as their confidentiality.
